| 摘 要： | 互联网技术与计算机化的飞速发展，给图书馆界带来了创造性毁灭，改变了传统图书馆的服务方式与观念等，作者认为网络文化、影视文化与纸面载体文化等始终是和谐共存、相互促进的，图书馆在继续改善传统的书刊资料借阅服务的同时，应成为提供网络文化、数字化信息与电子通信的新平台。

| Abstract: | Development by leaps and bounds in the internet technology and computerization has led to creative destruction in library world and has changed the service way and concept of the traditional library . The author thinks that the network culture, film and television culture and paper cartier culture coexist harmoniously and promote mutually, library should become the new plafform to provide the network culture, digital information and electronic communication while library improve the traditional lending of books and oeriodical. |
