| 摘 要： | 跨县域共建工业园区,就是要把楚雄建设成为滇中城市经济圈新的增长极的战略目标,按照区域经济发展规律,提出要借鉴"飞地经济"发展模式,积极探索突破行政区划束缚,加强县域经济合作,努力培植优势产业,推动楚雄州优势产业集群式发展的构想。
