| 摘 要： | 传统文化中的伦理意识实存于学校管理的结构形态中,其核心问题是基于人本的实现并获得人们自身的伦理生存意义,它在校园制度建设、目标达成、组织管理、人际交往等方面显现出特异价值,由此形成校园伦理秩序。围绕学校教书育人特征,考察学校管理机制的合理性和正当性,深化对传统文化的辩证认识以及对当代社会精神的执着把握,建立和谐、可持续发展的学校管理新机制。

| Abstract: | In the management structure there exits ethical awareness of traditional culture, which focuses on the value of our own life. It is essential to regulation establishment, goal realization, management and communication and lead to the order on the campus. The paper, based on the features of the school, the rationality of the management mechanism, the profound and dialectical understanding of the traditional culture and current social spirits, attempts to establish a harmonious sustainable development. |
