| Abstract: | The government should bulid a comperhensive system to achieve minority women possess the fundamental right of sport service.Take the Government guarantee as a hypothesis,it requests us actively lead into the Market Competition mechanism,give a full play to the market adjustment,encourage and support the sports non-profits organizations join us,and conduct extensively the social climate of opinion,to diversity the mechanism for minority women possess the fundamental rights of sports service in Northwest.Only in this ways can help us carry to a new and higher level for achieveing it,and satisfies the diversify demands in the future. |
