| 摘 要： | 全面推进素质教育，必须改变单纯以“考试成绩”、“升学率”作为惟一标准的教育评价制度。建立全新的素质教育评价体系，应坚持以人为本，促进全体学生生动活泼主动发展。教育评价要注重效益，讲科学，学生评价重点在激励，促发展。
