火焰原子吸收光谱法连续测定啤酒中八种人体必需原素
摘    要:应用火焰原子吸收光谱法连续测定啤酒中钾、钠、钙、锌、铜、铁、镁、锰8种人体必需元素,未见文献报道。本文采用连续法,以啤酒中的钾、钠互为电离缓冲剂,以50g/L 氯化锶为释放剂,以0.2Mol·L~(-1)硝酸为稀释剂,采用空气—乙炔火焰对上述8种元素进行测定,方法简便快速、精度高、准确可靠,结果令人满意。

Continuous Determination of Potassium Sodium Calium Zinc Copper Iron Magnesium & Manganese in Beer

Abstract:The application of flame atomic absorption spectrometry to the continuous determination of such elements essential to the human body as K,Na,Ca,Zn,Cu,Fe,Mg and Mn contained in beer has not yet been reported in any literature.This paper deals with the method in which potassium and sodi um are taken as the mutual ionization buffering agents,0.3 Mol·L~(-1)of strontium chloride as the re leasing agent,0.2 Mol·L~(-1)of nitric acid as the diluent ot make continuous determination of the above mentioned metallic elements contained in beer by air—acetylene flame heating process,and favourable results can this be obtained.This method is simple,convenient,quick and of high sensitivity and preci. sion.
