一种苯并咪唑类荧光传感器的合成和对Zn~(2+)的识别研究

摘    要:合成了一种能够特异性识别Zn2+的荧光化学传感器(E)-2-(((1H-benzod]imidazol-2-yl)methylimino)methyl)phenol-HA]。通过荧光光谱和紫外可见光谱,对其关于Zn2+的识别机制进行了研究。结果表明:HA与Zn2+形成了1:1的配合物,导致HA的荧光光谱发生蓝移,从454 nm位移到403 nm。

Abstract:A specific fluorescent chemical sensor-HA for Zn2+ has been synthesised.The recognition mechanism of Zn2+ is being studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-visible spectroscopy.The result shows that,HA and Zn2+ form a 3:4 complex through coordination bond with a blue shift on fluorescence spectra from 454nm to 403nm.
