| 摘 要： | 上计制度在魏晋仍然存在,并继续发挥着考课地方官员的作用。从上计吏之选派、上计之内容、上计与考课之关系以及上计之主管部门等方面来考察,可看出魏晋时期的上计制度与两汉有相承关系。马端临所云魏晋“州郡无上计事”是值得商榷的。

| Abstract: | Shangji system still existed in the Wei and Jin Dynasties and continued to play a role in the assessment of local officials. Examined from the perspectives such as the designation of Shangji officials, contents of Shangji, the relation between Shangji and assessment and the departments responsible for Shangji system, Shangji system in the Wei and Jin Dynasties can be said to bear a successive relationship to that in the Western and Eastern Han Dynasties. Thus, the theory "No Shangji in states and counties in the Wei and Jin Dynasties" by Ma Duanlin is open to discussion. |
