| 摘 要： | 体育意识的培养是素质教育、终身体育发展的必然要求，对社会体育经济发展起着一定的推动作用，在日常的体育教学过程中应摒弃表面化、形式化教学，科学选用教学内容、教学方法、教学手段，提高教师的素质和能力，以培养学生的体育意识为教学主要方向。

| Abstract: | The cultivating of sports consciousness is a natural requirement of the quality education and lifetime sports development,and it also promotes the development of commercialization of social sports.Teaching styles that engage in surface and procedure should be given up and those that select teaching content and good method, enhancing the teachers' quality and ability should be encouraged as a main direction in the education of students' sports consciousness. |
