| 摘 要： | 加强档案法制化建设，坚持依法治档，是新时期档案工作发展的新形势，更是推动档案事业可持续发展的重要保证。但是，在现代档案工作中仍然存在着依法治档意识淡薄、工作处于被动状态以及工作人员无动力无目标的一些根本性问题。因此，文章从微观层面提出高校档案工作中解决问题的方法：将加强意识作为依法治档之首；将主动有作为视为依法治档之重；将推动档案事业可持续发展作为依法治档之目标。

| Abstract: | The legalization of archive management and adherence to rules of archive law are new requirements for the archive work. But lack of clear understanding of the archive undertaking and low motivation in archive work still exist. The thesis offers three working so- lutions for problems in university archive management ： first, enhance the understanding of legal management of archive work ; second, initiative should be the foremost factor in archive work; sustainable development of archive work is the aim of legal management of ar- chive work. |
