| 摘 要： | 在高校男性馆员流失已是不争的事实,他们的职业生涯发展面临诸多困惑。通过对江西省高校123名男性馆员职业发展现状的调查,提出学校与图书馆要加强图书馆价值观的培养,重视男性馆员职业生涯的发展,而男性馆员自身要加强修养,培养良好的情绪等针对性措施。

| Abstract: | The loss of male librarians in colleges and universities is an indisputable fact,they face a lot of confusion career development.Jiangxi Province by 123 male university librarian professional development status of the investigation,schools and libraries to strengthen the values of male librarians library training,attention to male career development,and male librarians to strengthen their own accomplishment,training and other targeted measures good mood. |
