| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌晚期气管切开术的护理经验。方法对肺癌晚期患者术后进行心理护理、饮食护理、伤口及气管的护理、病情观察、气管套管护理等多个环节的综合护理,观察护理效果。结果患者通过手术治疗和护理干预,取得良好效果。结论做好心理护理、病情观察,加强术后综合护理是肺癌晚期气管切开术后康复的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing for patients with advanced lung cancer after traceotomy.Methods Comprehensive nursing including mental,diet,wound and trachea care,and observations etc.are also conducted after the surgery.Results Patients get better after the surgery conbined with careful nursing methods.Conclusions It is important for the patients with advanced lung cancer to have mental nursing,obeservations,and other nursing methods after the traceotomy. |
