摘    要:采用问卷调查、访问及文献资料等研究方法,探析了北京市商业健身俱乐部的经营状况及存在问题。调查发现,商业健身俱乐部发展规模呈现的不同档次适应了不同的消费者群体,但经营模式和效果发展不平衡,发展方式滞后于市民的需求,主营定位不够清晰,部分市民进行有偿健身消费目的不明确,消费者参与的动机呈现多样性,参与健身运动没有固定的规律。由此,经营模式和经营策略已成为决定商业健身俱乐部运营和发展的至关重要因素。

Abstract:The paper adopts questionnaire,interviews,literature,and other research methods to inquire into the state of operation and existent problems of the commercial health clubs in Beijing.The survey reveals many problems.Clubs of different grades adapt to different consumer groups,but the management models and effect develop unevenly.The developmental pattern lays behind the needs of the citizens,and the main orientation is not clear.Some citizens do payful fitness,but their consumption purposes are indefinite.The motives of consumers involved are diverse.Besides,there is no fixed rules to participate in fitness.Therefore,management models and management strategies have become crucial factors to decide the operation and development of commercial health clubs.
