摘    要:近年来,大学生就业竞争日益激烈,高校女毕业生就业难的问题显得更为严峻。心理情绪波动较大,自视过高而自信不足,缺乏竞争意识与创业魄力等都成为女大学生就业瓶颈,除了社会对性别角色长期定位及就业环境对女性欠缺公平因素影响外,女大学生自身主观因素也是造成女大学生就业困难的原因。作为就业市场的弱势群体,女大学生更应该主动适应社会、增强自信,树立职业发展观,做好职业生涯规划,不断提高自我的综合素质和就业竞争力。
