| 摘 要： | 宜州是目前国内最大的桑蚕生产(种养)基地,具有良好的自然条件和一定的区位优势,但宜州桑蚕产业的附加值并不高。在分析宜州桑蚕产业化现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了优化人才结构配置,提高产业的技术创新能力,建立和完善市场监管、风险分化机制,改革经营体制,推动循环经济和产业生态化,实现可持续发展的一些建议和措施。

| Abstract: | Yizhou is the biggest silkworm's production base in China.There are good natural condition and certain geographical superiority,but the added value of silkworm industry is not so high.Based on analyzing the present situation and problems in silkworm industry,the authors put forward some proposals and measures on optimizing the structure of talent disposition,enhancing industrial technological innovation ability,building up the market supervising system and the risk differentiation mechanism and making them perfect,reforming the management system,impelling the cycle economy and the industrial ecology,maintaining sustainable development. |
