摘    要:文章采用主成分分析法对中医药科技期刊进行综合评价,研究中医药科技期刊的发展状况。选择《2019版中国科技期刊引证报告(扩刊版)》中的59种中医药科技期刊为综合评价对象,筛选总被引频次、影响因子、即年指标等14种科技期刊计量指标为综合评价指标。主成分分析数据结构合理,提取前4个主成分进行综合评价,并对59种中医药科技期刊综合评价得分进行排名。为了进一步验证综合评价的客观性,选取综合评价排名前五位、后三位,以及综合评价排名较前,但知网复合影响因子较低,或者综合评价排名较后,但知网复合影响因子较高的期刊进行分析。综合评价排名是综合分析而来,并不依赖于某单一指标,指标的均衡性对综合评价结果的影响较大。中医药科技期刊综合评价的结果较为客观、准确,反映了中医药科技期刊的发展现状。

The Comprehensive Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Sci-Tech Journals Based on Principal Component Analysis

Abstract:In this paper, the principal component analysis method was used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) sci-tech journals and study the development of the TCM sci-tech journals. A total of 59 TCM sci-tech journals in the Citation Report of Chinese Sci-Tech Journals (Expanded Edition) of 2019 Edition were selected as the comprehensive evaluation objects, and 14 measurement indicators of the journals, including the total citation frequency, impact factor and annual index, were selected as the comprehensive evaluation indicators. The data structure of principal component analysis was reasonable, the first four principal components were extracted for comprehensive evaluation, and the comprehensive evaluation scores of the 59 TCM sci-tech journals were ranked. In order to further verify the objectivity of the comprehensive evaluation, the paper selected the top five and the last three comprehensive evaluation journals, as well as the journals with higher comprehensive evaluation ranks but lower CNKI composite impact factors, or those with lower comprehensive evaluation ranks but higher CNKI composite impact factors. Comprehensive evaluation ranking, which was a comprehensive analysis, did not depend on a single indicator. The balance of the indicators had great influence on the results of comprehensive evaluation. The results of comprehensive evaluation of the TCM sci-tech journals were relatively objective and accurate, reflecting the development status of the TCM sci-tech journals.
