电子绩效支持系统:教师职后培训的新手段

摘    要:教师职后培训是教师教育的重要组成部分,已有的相关研究成果涉及了教师职后培训的现状、问题和改革方案等方面。本文拟从提高教师教育质量入手,引入电子绩效支持系统这种快速、及时、具有交互性的支持系统,分析应用优势,以此促进教师在职后培训中的有效学习。

Abstract:Training teachers-in-service is an important component in teacher education.The relevant research results have been involved in many issues about the training of incumbent teachers,such as the present situation,problems concerned and the reform plan of training teachers in-service.This paper intends to improve the quality of teacher education starting with the introduction of electronic performance support system which is rapid,timely and interactive,and analyze its advantages so as to promote the training of teachers-in-service after the effective learning.
