有效差异教学过程的管理与控制方法研究

摘    要:差异教学是建构系统的、多样化的教学策略与施教的途径,应分别从教学目标、教学方法、教学过程、教学管理与控制等方面全面适应差异教学的需求。文章从有效教学的视角出发,借助于系统论、工程化的方法,从教学过程层面,探讨了差异教学过程框架的控制与管理、教学过程的评价和影响因素的分析等问题的管理方法,为有效地实施差异教学活动提供新的思路。

On Methods for Managing and Controling the Effective Difference Teaching Process

Abstract:By adopting systematic and diverse teaching strategies and methods, difference teaching aims to satisfy the needs of difference teaching in its entirety in terms of the teaching goal, teaching process, teaching management and control, etc. By virtue of the methods in the system theory and engineering, this paper has, in the perspective of effective teaching, probed into the management methods for issues such as the control and management of the framework of difference teaching process, the evaluation of the teaching process and the analysis of influence factors, etc. in the process of difference teaching, thus providing a fresh approach to implementing difference teaching effectively.
