| 摘 要： | 电视节目主持人是电视媒介的形象、代表和门面,是电视媒体水平高下的反映。所以,电视节目主持人魅力无疑是提升电视节目影响力,达到最佳传播效果的一种有效途径和手段。本文从电视节目主持人品德修养、知识储备、人文关怀、个性张扬,以及发现能力、表达能力、采访能力的提升等方面对主持人魅力进行了论述。

| Abstract: | TV anchors are an image,a representative and a face for TV media,above all,a manifestation of operational popularity in TV media industry.Therefore,glamour of TV anchors is undoubtedly an effective approach and tool for increasing the influential coverage of TV programs and achieving the optimum spreading efficiency.However,Where does the glamour of a TV anchor lie in？What qualities does it take？This essay is a detailed discussion of the glamour of anchors in terms of moral quality,knowledge base,humanity concern,unique individuality,and development of insightful,expressive and interview abilities as well. |
