| Abstract: | Since 80s of Twentieth Century,clan force has regained its ground in our country,and has been deluging increasingly. Its refreshment has made serious dangers to the construction of grass root level Party organization,the construction grass root government,spiritual civilization and social stability as well in the countryside.Clan forec must be eradicated by a comprehensive administration with multiple measures other than simply restricting and striking. |
