| 摘 要： | 查阅近10年来有关志愿者服务、公共管理学科、非营利组织等相关资料,通过座谈会与访问的形式,吸纳相关专家学者们的建议.在2008年北京奥运会的契机下,应该大力发展体育志愿者等方面的群众体育人力资源,走非营利组织形式的管理模式,将我国体育志愿者的培养纳入制度化和专业化体系.尤其对于在校学生,应鼓励其积极参与志愿者服务活动,强化学生的社会责任感.

| Abstract: | The author consults the literature on volunteer-service,public management and no-profit organizations,and asks the helps for the experts and scholars.The author makes conclusions:As the Beijing Olympic Game in 2008 will come,it should enlarge the resources of mass sports that include sports-volunteers,and use the model of no-profit organizations management.And we should carry out the systems of institutionary and professional in training sports-volunteers,especially to the students who are still in schools,we should encourage them to take part in volunteers service practices,and to strengthen their responsibility of society. |
