| 摘 要： | 中国传统哲学是以求善的政治哲学为主流。儒家的政治理想是大同社会。对于现存的社会状况，儒家政治哲学分两个状态：治世与乱世。治世的最高代表是盛世，盛世就是小康社会。盛世的经济、政治、社会风气都有特点，反映这些特点的文化就是盛世文化，对于当今中国要走向小康社会即盛世有参考价值。总结历代盛世，特别是汉唐盛世，意义重大。同时可以借鉴古代盛世的社会问题，解决现实的难题。

| Abstract: | Chinese traditional philosophy takes the political philosophy of benevolence as their main philosophy. Confucian political ideal is the great harmony of a society. To the existing social conditions, Confucian political philosophy includes two states： times of peace and prosperity as well as troubled times. The top representative of the former is the prosperous times, which refers to a well-to-do society. The economy, politics and social morality in prosperous times have their own characteristics, and the cultures which reflect them are called cultures in prosperous times, which are of reference to today＇s China on her way to the well-to-do society i.e. the prosperous times. Therefore, summarizing the prosperous dynasties in the past, especially the prosperous times in Han and Tang Dynasties is of great significance. We can solve the practical problems with the reference of the social problems of ancient prosperous times. |
