| 摘 要： | 包装行业是一种资源消耗型和形成各种废弃物的新型产业,与商品经济的发展水平和商品流通密切相关。传统的包装在保护产品的功能满足的前提下,形成大量的废弃物。文章在对包装产业的发展和循环经济的发展思想和观点进行综述的基础上,对包装行业开展包装材料的循环应用的发展思路、策略和途径进行了分析和研究,建议国家尽快地制定相关的法律文件,规定必须将包装垃圾严格分为金属类、玻璃类、纸类以及塑料类,以充分进行回收和循环利用。

| Abstract: | Packaging is new kind of industry that used to protect the commodity.It creates a lot of waste materials polluted the environmental.In this paper,the tactics have been raised to promote packaging,hoping the government to establish some related legal documents to ensure that packaging wastes must be strictly divided into metal,glass,paper and plastic for fully retrieving and recycling utilization. |
