| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes the importance of ideological work in colleges and universities,points out the problems encountered in the ideological work of colleges and universities in ethnic areas,and explores the path of ideological work in colleges and universities under the background of the new era.Teacher should deepen the teaching reform of ideological and political courses,firmly grasp the discourse power of ideology in colleges and universities,strengthen the control of new media on the Internet,provide a safe ideological education environment for colleges and universities,and implement the responsibility system of ideological work to help the normalization of ideological work in colleges and universities. |
