| Abstract: | The paper revealed the significance of sci-tech novelty retrieval.In view of the great changes in the means of retrieval and its existing problems,the author tried to suggest that powerful information net should be established.In order to provide information service for scientific research innovation,and enable researchers to carry out the scientific research in retrieval,a highly qualified team should be set up so as to guide the scientific research innovation by means of sci-tech novelty retrieval. |
