| 摘 要： | 论文分析了我国目前高校数字图书馆的建设现状以及存在的问题,以此为基础,将经济学中的知识溢出理论引入到我国高校数字图书馆建设中,从知识溢出的构成要素、实现过程等角度提出我国高校数字图书馆的发展模式策略、运行机制策略和管理策略。
