| Abstract: | This paper researches the mutual model between users and information retrieval system based on cognition,then analyses the causes about why users were unsatisfied with the results of information retrieval,and believes that the complexity of expression and the in-conformity between the users' and the systems' expression about the same object are the important cause. |
