| 摘 要： | 与传统著作权相比,网络著作权在主体方面、客体方面、内容方面都存在一些特殊性,针对其特殊性,论文就我国网络著作权保护制度的完善提出了若干措施,包括:设计行之有效的保护规则、使用著作权集体管理的机制、规范网络作品的电子交易。

| Abstract: | Compared with traditional copyright,there are some particularities in main body,object,content of the network copyright. Aiming at its particularities,this paper puts forward several measures on completion of the network copyright protection system of our country, which including designing the effectual protection rule,using the mechanism of collective management of the copyright and standardizing the electronic trade of the network works. |
