| Abstract: | The library knowledge transfer is one of the important content in the course of library knowledge management.The article analyses the knowledge floating of library knowledge network based on the library knowledge resource construction,and analyses the effect factors of library knowledge transfer,and puts forward how to improve the countermeasures of library knowledge transfer. |
