| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术的广泛应用，文件、档案工作日趋科学，规范，实行文档一体化管理势在必行。在实行过程中归属部门和执行者的确定比较重要，在从事多年高校档案管理和机要管理的实践中就此进行了客观分析，进而认为实现高校一体化管理是切实可行的。

The writer made an analyzation on the college＇ s documentation integrative management according to her rich experience and practice in documentation management and secret ＆ important documentation management for many years and thought that the determination of the division belonged to and executant is important during the implementation and it is possible to realize the integration management in college. |
