| 摘 要： | 本文从历史的角度分析了科学、技术和生产力从不相关到弱相关再到相关联最后到强相关的演进过程，阐明了邓小平同志“科学技术是第一生产力”的思想是立足于历史并在新的实践基础上得出的科学结论，是对科学、技术和生产力关系的最新概括。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the auther analyzes the relationship between science, the technology and productivity, that is, they have undergone the process of having no relatiion, some relation, and strong relation with each other ,clarifying Comrade Deng Xiao-ping＇s theory of ＂Science and technology is the primary productivity＂ stems from history and is a scientific conclusion based on the practice, and it＇s the lastist generalisation of the relationship between science, technology and productivity. |
