| 摘 要： | 法学院校要培养合格的法学专门人才,就必须努力促成法学专业学生将法学理论与法律实践相结合。"法律的生命在于实践,而不在于逻辑"的基本思想具体运用到高校法学教学活动中,主要体现在实践教学环节,而模拟法庭的建设和应用则是高校法学实践教学的重要形式,具有重要意义。
