| Abstract: | In the process of building water projects, the duties and responsibilities of the participants in the construction is very important. It has direct impact on the progress of construction and management. On the basis of analysis of construction pro- jects in the position and responsibilities of all parties, this paper summed up the problems in management of the construction project, put forward suggestions to solve the problems. |
