| 摘 要： | 严格执行生产规程、遵守企业的各项规章制度等职业习惯是合格劳动者十分重要和必须具备的基本素质。在职业教育的过程中，要十分重视这些职业素质的养成。职业学校要把培养学生的这些素质纳入总体培养目标，通过多种形式和手段，全方位地进行养成教育，为社会主义事业培养出合格的劳动者和专门人才。

| Abstract: | It's vital and necessary for the qualified workers to perform strictly in accordance with the established procedure in operation and observe the rules and regulations of the enterprises,which should also be focused on in the process of vocational education.The development of the qualities should be integrated in the overall cultivation aim so as to cultivate qualified workers and specialized talents for the socialist enterprises through development education on every side with various means and methods. |
