| 摘 要： | 中国现在的行业协会弊端较多,难以适应经济的发展要求,代表不了广大企业的利益,没有发挥好对行业的治理功能。通过调查诸暨袜业协会的现状,重点分析了行业协会与政府的关系、行业协会与企业的关系,并提出了几点改革建议。

| Abstract: | The present industry associations faces problenms in getting geared to economic development requirement due to the numerous defects in them. They are incapable of representing the interests of enterprises at large and playing the functions of governing industries. In light of a survey on the status of Zhuji Hosiery Association, the article emphasizes analysis on the relations between industry associations and the government, as well as the relations between industry associations and enterprises, offering a number of reform suggestions. |
