| 摘 要： | 本文得出以下结论：１．对移动靶射击运动员采用咨询─放松─表象─模拟─总结─综合─模拟─总结这样的心理训练程序有一定的有效性和可信性。２．不同的心理、生理指标可以评价不同的心理技能，已使用的心率、肌电指标均适合评价放松训练、表象训练和模拟训练。
