| 摘 要： | 对第 2 7届奥运会金牌榜前 8名国家发展竞技体育的成功经验及失利教训进行了客观分析。研究表明 ,合理开发、利用及配置竞技体育人力、财力、物力、信息、科技、体制等资源是各国竞技体育保持持续发展的重要成功经验。竞技体育经费不足及备战质量不高等因素成为制约2 7届奥运会竞技体育失利国家的重要因素

| Abstract: | In this article, the author makes an objective analysis on successful experience and unsuccessful lesson of competitive sports among top 8 countries in 27 th Olympic Games. The result shows that rational exploitation, utilization and collocating sports resources such as manpower, financial, material, information, science, system are the important successful experience for every country to keep sports sustained development. The deficiency of sports finance and quality of preparing for games are the main factors that restrict unsuccessful sports countries in 27 th Olympic Games. |
