| 摘 要： | 我国民营企业经过近三十年的发展,已经显示出强大的生命力.然而,由于疏于财务管理,一部分民营企业在发展过程中遇到了投资、融资等各种各样的f.-j题.通过对民营企业财务管理现状进行分析,查找出存在的问题,归纳总结出引导民营企业走出财务管理困境的途径.

| Abstract: | After nearly 30 years of development,China's private enterprises has shown great vitality.However,due to lack of financial management,part of the private enterprises has encountered a variety of problems such as investment problem and financing problem in the development process.Through analysis of the present situation of private-enterprise financial management,this thesis finds out the problems and draws a way to guide private enterprises out of the financial management difficulties. |
