| 摘 要： | 通过对我国20名优秀铁饼运动员专项力量指标与专项成绩的PLS1回归分析,结果表明铁饼运动员专项素质由专项投掷能力、最大力量和下肢爆发力三个递进的层次构成。专项投掷能力对专项成绩的影响最大,其次为最大力量和下肢爆发力。铁饼运动员专项力量素质指标与专项成绩的PLS1模型的精度较高,可用来检查和评价运动员专项力量素质发展水平及预测专项成绩。PLS1回归分析是解决运动训练中小样本、多指标且共线性复杂条件下回归建模的一个非常有效的方法,并为定量研究运动员身体素质指标与专项成绩之间的复杂关系提供了可行的技术方案和备选工具。

| Abstract: | Based on the PLS1 regression analysis of the special strength index and discus performance of the 20 excellent discus athletes in China, the results showed that the special quality of the discus athletes consists of special throw ability, maximum strength and explosive force. The special throw ability has the most important influence on performance, followed by maximum strength and explosive force. The PLS1 model of the special strength index and discus performance of the excellent discus athletes in China has high accuracy that can be used to examine and evaluate the athletes' development of the special quality and predict discus performance. The PLS1 regression analysis is an efficient method that can avoid the harmful effects in modeling due to the multicollinearity and regressing when the number of observations is less than the number of variables. The PLS regression is a optimized tool for quantitative research of relationship between athletes' special strength index and discus performance. |
