| 摘 要： | 如今，在英语学习方面，由关心怎样教到更关注如何学，即学习者已经成为教育研究的焦点和中心，教育最重要的目标是帮助学生成为独立的高效的学习者，而通过学习策略训练可以帮助学习者根据所要完成的任务，有目的、有意识的选择合适的策略，更多的承担起学习的责任，更好的实现学习目标，成为自主学习者。当然，在学习策略训练模式的选择上，要紧密结合学习者的特点。
