| 摘 要： | 经过多次整顿，当前我国信托业正处于机构重塑、业务重设、制度重建的历史转折点。加上政策环境的逐步完善，市场上信托需求不断增长，《信托法》对信托制度的正确定位，使我国信托业重现生机。随着我国加入WTO步伐的加快，我国信托业正步入崛起的有利时机。要把握好新的发展机遇，就必须在恪守信托经营内涵与信托本质，总结以往经验教训的同时，广泛吸收各国所长，积极研究现阶段我国信托业的定位和发展，为信托业的崛起寻求出路。

A Discussion on the Rise of Trust Industry in China |

| Abstract: | After reorganization for several times, trust businesses in China have now witnessed great changes, as is evident in the promulgation of the first Trust Law in China to confirm the trust system and build the law system for trust. The author of this paper opines that after China' s entry into the WTO, the policies for trust industry will become better and better and the demands for trust will increase. In order to make the trust industry in China develop faster and faster, we should summarize past experiences and learn from foreign counterparts. Meanwhile, we should comply with the essence of trust, and seek the correct road for the trust industry to grow in China as soon as possible. |
