对建设行业企业参与校企合作的层次性及对策研究

摘    要:建设职业教育教学“校企合作”的成效由其层次性决定,而参与“校企合作”的建设行业企业的层次是决定建设职业教育教学“校企合作”层次高低的重要因素之一。文章通过对影响参与“校企合作”的建设行业企业层次的两大因素——能力和积极性分析,就如何提高建设职业教育教学“校企合作”层次,从建设职业院校和建设行政主管部门两方面提出对策建议。

Abstract:The effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation of the construction vocational education is decided by its level.The level of construction industry enterprises participating in school-enterprise cooperation is an important factor.This article makes come recommendations that both the construction vocational schools and the administrative departments should improve the level of the school-enterprise cooperation,analyzing the two major factors——the ability and enthusiasm,which might have effects on the level of the school-enterprise cooperation.
