| 摘 要： | 面对上海市建设学习型城市的需要,如何为学习者提供综合的学习服务支持系统是迫切需要解决的问题.本文首先对终身学习这一理念的提出以及终身学习实践在国际上的发展情况进行了综述;接着结合上海目前的终身学习实践及面向上海市学习型城市建设的发展需求对面向终身学习的技术系统进行了设计.该设计采用学习超市的隐喻支持泛在的接入方式,体现以学习者为中心的学习服务应用,从而为学习者提供随时随地可获得的学习资源和学习支持服务.
