| 摘 要： | 我国关于家庭体育的研究是从20世纪80年代开始的，目前仍处于探索与发展阶段，研究主要涉及：家庭体育的意义与作用；影响家庭体育发展的因素；家庭体育发展趋势与对策；家庭体育现状的调查以及和谐社会与家庭体育的关系等几个方面的内容。多数学者侧重于理论研究和现状调研，基础理论研究还没有形成较完善的家庭体育理论体系。
