| 摘 要： | 本文通过对动漫人才需求分析及多年的教学研究,探讨了符合企业用工需求的动漫专业教学模式。文章总结了动漫设计与制作专业课程改革的经验与特色,引入基于工作流程的人才培养模式。通过校企合作,引进实践项目,培养能适应行业发展和技术进步要求的应用型人才,尝试探索一条适合学院动漫专业的发展道路。
