| 摘 要： | 武术教学与训练要以体育教学与训练原则为准绳,结合武术运动的自身特点,对体育教学与训练原则在武术中的运用进行探讨。分析认为:教师主导作用与学生自觉性相结合的原则、直观与思维相结合的原则、系统与专题教学相结合的原则、一般要求与个别对待相结合的原则、合理安排运动负荷的原则和从难、从严、从实战出发的原则等六个方面原则对武术教学与训练起到指导作用,为武术教学与训练的研究提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Wushu teaching and training should take P.E.teaching and training principle as the yardstick.Combining the characteristics of Wushu sport.the paper studives the application of P.E.teaching and training principle to Wushu sport.The paper believes that the primiple of teacher's leading role with students' awareness,the principle of direct view with thought,and the principle of combining systems and thematic teaching,the principle of combining individual with the general requirements,the principle of combining treatment,reasonable arrangements for the exercise load from the practical difficulty,strict,the principle of proceeding from actual combat,the six principles are directive in Wushu teaching and training for the aim of providing theoretical basis for Wushu teaching and training. |
