| 摘 要： | 30年前,加拿大总理皮埃尔·埃利奥特·特鲁多以一个政治家的远见卓识使加拿大与新中国建立了正式外交关系,并把加中关系列为太平洋事务的重点,从此开创了加中关系的新纪元。从特鲁多的个人因素的层面分析,他执政时期对华友好外交的思想渊源极其深厚。这也为进一步深入研究中加关系的发展历史提供一个新的视角。

| Abstract: | years ago Canada Prime Minister Trudeau made Canada and China establish formal diplomatic relations from a politician's foresight and sagacity. He also regarded the relationship between Canada and China as the important point of Pacif-ic affairs and created a new epoch for the relation between Canada and China. From the view of his own factors when Trudeau was in power the thinking source of his friendly policy to China was very deep. This also supplies a new sight view for further deeply studying the developing history of Canada and China's relation. |
