| 摘 要： | 科研机构在创新型城市建设中起着举足轻重的作用.论文分析了科研机构在创新型城市建设中三个方面的作用,即国家战略性研究的主力军、城市自主创新的重要基础、企业技术创新的重要技术来源;着重分析了科研机构在城市科技创新活动中的作用的现状,并在此基础上提出了发挥科研机构在城市科技创新的作用,促进创新型城市建设的看法.
