摘    要:教师专业发展理论和新课程改革是当前教师教学能力发展及其研究的重要理论基础和实践背景。因此,从教师专业发展理论和新课程改革实践角度来解读教师教学能力的发展,有利于更深刻地理解教师教学能力发展的可行性和必要性。
