手性氯化利巴韦林合铜(Ⅱ)的合成、结构和光谱性质

摘    要:利巴韦林与氯化铜反应形成了蓝色柱状氯化利巴韦林合铜(Ⅱ)配合物.本文研究了其晶体结构,红外和紫外光谱,差热-热重和溶解性等性质.表明该配合物易溶于水、微溶于甲醇和乙醇,有改进其药效的较大潜力.

Abstract:The complexation between ribavirin and copper dichloride produced a blue strip crystal.The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis was taken to determine the crystal structure of the complex.The characteristics of the complex were studied in means of IR spectra,UV spectra and TG-DTA analysis.The crystal complex was soluble in water but slightly soluble in methanol and ethanol that could be latent medicine.
